Only what you put in, plus what is needed to run an account.
Account — email address, display name.
What you enter — tasks, calendar events, notes and lists; money you record, including income, spending, bills and savings; the people, vehicles, home, subscriptions and projects you add; documents and images you upload; health figures you type such as steps, sleep, water and food.
Settings — currency, timezone, and the city name you set for weather. We do not request device location.
Technical — basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.
Food, water, sleep, steps and activity are health-related, and in some countries are treated as a special category needing extra protection. We hold them only because you typed them, only to show them back to you, and we never share them for advertising or analytics — no advert is ever chosen using anything you typed into this app. You can delete them individually or delete your whole account.
Amounts you type. We have no connection to your bank, no access to any account, and we cannot move money.
Optional, and off-limits to your data until you use it.
If the app recognises that a message may indicate a crisis, it answers on your device and shows crisis contacts. That message is not sent to the AI provider.
Under OpenAI's API terms, data sent through the API is not used to train their models. We have not opted into any programme that would change that.
We do not sell your data.
The app shows adverts on the Today, Tasks and Calendar screens, and offers optional adverts you can choose to watch in exchange for extra assistant requests or extra file storage. Nothing you need is behind an advert: your data export and your bank statement import are always free, and always will be.
Adverts are supplied by Google AdMob. To show them, Google receives your device's advertising identifier, approximate location derived from your IP address, and basic device information. Google may use this to choose which adverts you see.
Google never receives your app data. Your money, tasks, health entries, documents and assistant conversations are not shared with any advertiser, and adverts are not targeted using them. Adverts never appear on the Finance, Life or Assistant screens, so nothing you enter there sits beside one.
Where the law requires consent — including the EU and the UK — you are asked before any personalised advert is shown, and you can change that answer at any time in Settings. Declining means you still see adverts, just untargeted ones.
You can reset or delete your advertising identifier in your device settings under Google, then Ads.
Stored with Supabase in the European Union (Ireland), encrypted in transit. Row Level Security means your rows are reachable only by your account. Uploaded files sit in a private bucket, served through links that expire after ten minutes.
We keep your data until you delete it.
When you delete something, or delete your account, it is removed from the live service immediately. Copies may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days, after which they are erased — except where we are required by law to keep something longer.
In the app: Settings → Delete my account. This permanently removes your account, every record attached to it, and your uploaded files — including images and documents in storage, which are deleted, not merely unlinked. It cannot be undone.
You can also email nicholashenwoodo56@gmail.com to request deletion, and we will action it within 30 days.
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to processing. Email nicholashenwoodo56@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Where your data lives, and which law applies. The database is hosted in the European Union (Ireland), so the GDPR applies to it directly. South African users are also protected by POPIA; storing your data outside South Africa is a cross-border transfer, permitted because the receiving country provides comparable protection and because it is necessary to perform our agreement with you.
Our lawful basis for holding what you enter is performance of a contract — we cannot run the app without it. For the health figures you enter, which are a special category under the GDPR, the basis is your explicit consent, given by choosing to enter them. You can withdraw it at any time by deleting those entries or your account.
Not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, email nicholashenwoodo56@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Material changes will be announced in the app.
